Project Registration

Accessible Solutions will assist you with getting your project registered and obtain the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation (TDLR) number that is required in most Municipalities for permitting purposes.

Plan Review

Our service includes a complete review of drawings for new or remodeled projects. Plans that are submitted by architectural firms to Accessible Solutions are reviewed to ensure they comply with all applicable facets of the State and Federal standards.
Accessible Solutions has Registered Accessibility Specialists that will review all documents in accordance with the rules set forth by the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulations.

Preliminary Inspections

Oftentimes, it is advantageous to conduct a preliminary inspection near the date of completion of construction to insure that any Texas Accessibility Standards (TAS) violations can be corrected before the contractor leaves the project. You receive a written report, which outlines each violation and the required corrective action. Normally the design professionals or project managers receive a copy of the report.

Inspections

Inspection of the project with a written report identifying any violations is provided to the design professional and the property owner. We coordinate the submittal of TDLR forms and reports within the required time frames for our clients.

Consulting

Accessible Solutions offers contract services based upon an hourly rate or project cost to provide our clients with assessments of existing properties that are to be upgraded or with viable solutions to specific violations which exist.
